Sold to Buyer-----, one AKC purebred Keeshond puppy for $---- . The puppy is represented as pet
quality. AKC registration papers will be withheld from Buyer until the puppy .is neutered When Buyer presents proof that the said puppy has been neutered; AKC papers (i. e. AKC Dog Registration Application to allow registration at Buyer's expense) will be signed over to Buyer. The puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes and any issue from said puppy is not eligible for AKC registration. Buyer agrees to neuter puppy by one year of age.
The Buyer has 72 hours from time of purchase in which to have said puppy checked and passed as healthy by a veterinarian of their choice. If the veterinarian does not pass the puppy as healthy, Buyer must return the puppy within 72 hours, with a note from the veterinarian as to why the puppy was not passed as healthy. The full price of said puppy will be refunded.
If for whatever reason the Buyer is no longer able to keep this Keeshond (no matter what age) the Keeshond is to be returned to Vandy Kennels. This Keeshond is not for resale. Buyer agrees to be a responsible dog owner and abide by their local dog ordinances and further agrees not to let this Keeshond become a public nuisance and/or roamer.
Failure of Buyer to abide by the above agreement shall be considered a breach of contract and ownership of said Keeshond shall revert to Vandy Kennels without compensation to Buyer. In addition, Buyer shall pay Vandy Kennels the sum of $2000 as liquidated damages in the event of such a breach of this contract
There will be a refund of up to $50.00 when Buyer completes an obedience course with said puppy before one year of age. Proof of course completion shall be in writing from the course instructor must be sent to Vandy Kennels.
